Vanmark’s latest solution is a Clean in Place (CIP) System for our Peeler/Scrubber/Washers.
The CIP System cycles in as little as 5-7 minutes – cleaning both the peeler bed and rolls. Run 
during production and at sanitation to significantly reduce downtime for manual cleaning.
“With the latest safety guidelines not allowing operators to clean peelers during production, we created a solution to do it for them quickly and effectively,” says Vanmark Engineering Manager Kyle Huck. “Not only that, but it also assists with sanitation, which gets the peeler back online faster. Our customers are excited about all of the possibilities the CIP System offers.”
The Peeler/Scrubber/Washer CIP System is available as a retrofit and new build option for specific models.
